PURCHASING CRITERIA:
We are looking to purchase a further 2,500 flats that fall strictly within the following criteria only:
- Unbroken, freehold, residential (C3) blocks, hostels or hotels
- All UK locations considered
- Existing blocks, Permitted Development or sites under development
- Minimum 30 units per building, no maximum
- Each unit must not have a greater value than £150K
- Building must be vacant or let on ASTs with VP available within 24 months
