Paul Simon Homes are pleased to announce that we have been granted planning permission for four family homes in Hornsey Lane Gardens. The existing site of disused garages which has been plagued by fly-tippers will make way for four contemporary designed homes.
The houses will be detailed to a high quality with the materials carefully considered to complement the surrounding context and character of the Conservation Area. The design is a contemporary design to provide a contrast with neighbouring buildings rather than trying to compete with or copy older building types found on this road. The terrace houses will be three storey, three bedroom family homes and will follow the contours of the road.
